So far as I don't use a secondary link half of the horizontal backgroud is missing.
Issue is disappears as soon as add any secondary link item. The added item will appear in extreme right corner and all missing background is filed with background color.

I changed the width of the primary navigation bar to 100% as against 50% in the snd.css file and it worked fine!
