I tried logging into localize.drupal.org with my drupal.org user & password, and I get an error about my account (login.gif attached).
Repair it yourself -link gets me to http://localize.drupal.org/bakery/repair
That page looks like attached repair.gif

When I insert the same password again, I get an error saying Sorry, unrecognized password. If you have forgotten your localize.drupal.org password, please contact the site administrator.

I also have the same problem with my account when I go to groups.drupal.org (while already being logged into drupal.org)

This issue seems to have solved itself, I can now log in without problems.
