Buttons on pages like admin/structure/views/settings/basic are getting floated to the right, which breaks the pattern in the rest of Drupal's admin UI.

Looks like the CSS that's meant for the View save/cancel form is being applied a little too liberally. I think we just need to narrow that rule a bit.
