Javascript seems to have stopped working for logged in users

Hello

Please can someone help me? I am quite new to Drupal so need some advice.

Yesterday my new site was working fine. Drag and drop was working and colorbox was working fine with toolbar for logged in and logged out users.

Today, Colorbox is working OK for logged out users and drag and drop does not apply.

Today for logged in users, drag and drop does not work in any interface at all, editing, content type manage fields etc, and cannot view colorbox working when I am logged in. I have disabled toolbar and that seems to make colorbox work when I am logged in but I don't understand this because colorbox and toolbar were working fine together yesterday. Plus disabling toolbar does not make the drag and drop interfaces spur into action.

This seems to have happened over night for no reason whatsoever.

It seems that somebody somewhere has changed a setting.

I have another site and that is all working fine with colorbox, toolbar and drag and drop so it is not my browser. I have tried three browsers.

Can anyone help please?
