Long display names can cause UI issues.

In testing the UI for character limits I found I was able to enter very long display names. Doing so can cause problems with the top listing of displays and with the display operations menu that also included the display name. Seems to me this could be fixed by simply adding a character limit or truncating to ellipses after a reasonable number of characters. I defer to wiser people
