can you provide more info? specifically what were you trying to do when you received the error?

nevermind, i found it. looks like there was a bad patch when form_get/set_error was introduced, so any time a post was submitted that triggered form errors (like posting without a title) ... it would trigger the error incorrectly.

the attached patch fixes.
