Rss Feeds are basically ignored by the convert code.

Here is a patch for it. It's working fine with this example export.

The only minor thing I noticed in my case is that the feed display is showing up to only display 10 items, while the default display says to use 20. However, I see no mention of this anywhere in the Views3 export, so that's probably just something funky with the RSS display handler. ;) Otherwise, working like a charm, thanks!

Doesn't appear to have effected #2 at all, but I really don't think that's the fault of this patch.

Just tryed it out again and it's definitive better then not having this code available, so commited to 6.x-3.x.
