Whenever I turn on Devel's backtrace debugging, I get many undefined variables and undefined indexes flagged in this theme.

I've been fixing these up slowly and the last one was the is_front in preprocess node, I have replaced this with drupal_is_front_page() and it fixes the issue, all fixes are in the next release (6.x-4.0)
