I can't make any promises since it's like 2 months I still have to do some final tests to roll out the new beta release I've written, but hopefully in june I will spend some time to port it to D7.

You can use the Print module for ePubs "http://drupal.org/project/print".

There's also this module for exporting ePub documents: http://drupal.org/project/epub_export
It's currently maintained and works pretty well.
