I had successfully used Pixture_Reloaded for a while, but suddenly both my Farbtastic Color Wheel and theCross hair features have disappeared.

I have attempted to sequentially remove modules as well as clearing cache, disabling JS, php.ini increasing memory allocation, but no luck. I use IE8, but when I use FireFox and disable JS, I do get weighting options to reappear.

Any suggestions?

I had the same problem, but restored the site from a backup and it all came back.
