A new plug in to link to menu items. This would be useful as site editors tend to view their site as having the heirarchical structure of their menus, including categories where category menu is used.

Just now I've uploaded the new module (linktocontent_menu) to cvs.
The packaging script will take a while to insert the module so please wait until tomorrow before downloading (or you check out from cvs).
