Is there a way to use a different search image for a particular block? I need to switch the color of the search button image.

I've just pushed changes to the DEV version. There's now a image setting for each block.
Please test & review.

I see no change, I checked the block and all the Custom Search config pages. Its still showing as version 1.7, not 1.x-dev (I did download the dev version)

You have to go to the Block admin page to see the new Image settings for each block.
Be sure to have the latest dev version (because it is regenerated only twice a day)

Sorry I was being dumb and was putting it in the wrong directory. Looks good and working so far. One issue other people might have is that the blocks don't default to the image that was selected in the Custom Search config area.
