I want to migrate the site www.Golfkontkte.de to drupal and extend the functionlity.

The concept and new design of nearly all areas is ready.
As it is not possible to explain all the functions in detail, I want a rough estimation how much budget do I need to implement the above mentioned functions in drupal. I want to know if drupal can be the right "framework" and if there are developers or companies out there who are able to implement it.
