Event description field does not work with WYSIWYG API profiles

Event Description field does not work with WYSIWYG API profiles when changing Input format.

This is caused my a wrong form key name, which should be named $form['body_filter']['format'] instead of $form['body_filter']['filter'] in line 149.

Also added the title of the form element Event Description into t() function.
