Feed title textfield maxlength should be 255 to match db

Submit a feed using drupal_execute() with a title longer than 64 and you get an error even though the db maxlength is 255. Since that maxlength validation patch http://drupal.org/node/104598 went in we'll have to make sure no other fields need fixing.
