I am not sure if this is affecting only me but here is what is happening:

1. With Performance Page Caching on, randomly for logged out users the guestbook will suddenly give them a page not found. Once they have this page they can never see the guestbook again.

2. If I disable the Performance Page Caching a logged out user can always get the guestbook.

3. Every time I clear the Drupal Cache the logged out user can see the guestbook again but either right away or randomly a logged out user will no longer be able to see the guestbook when it is called.

I hope this helps. For now I have the Performance Page Caching off as this makes the guestbook work for logged out users.
