I´ve spent quite a while trying to get the Twilio gateway module working in my site, but haven´t been able to receive a sms sent to my cell-phone.
My drupal server is in London (don´t know if it makes any difference), and my cell-phone is in Spain.
I´ve tried to regiser a user mobile number with no results, trying different combinations of Gateway settings and mobile number formats. Please advise me on what could be going wrong.
1) Drupal Gateway settings:
Account number: (415) XXX-YYY How should be entered?
I´ve tried:
XXXYYY
415XXXYYY
1415XXXYYY
001415XXXYYY
2) Drupal User mobile number:
I´ve tried:
[Spanish mobile phone] = 695XXXXXX
[Country code 34] + [mobile phone] = 34695XXXXXX
00 + [Country code 34] + [mobile phone] = 0034695XXXXXX
For all three cases I select my country (Spain), and click "confirm number", but do not get the sms.
3) Do I need to provide any "SMS URL" in www.twilio.com/user/account/?
Thanks for any hints to get this running.

oscardax commentedContacting to Twilio´s Developer Community, I´ve been said that there is no international SMS support apart from USA and Canada:
"Twilio currently supports SMS to numbers in the US and Canada only. We look forward to supporting SMS internationally in the long-term future. Thanks for your interest, and for details on which features are available internationally, please see our International FAQ: http://www.twilio.com/faq/international"
