Support for Drupal 7 is ending on 5 January 2025—it’s time to migrate to Drupal 10! Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.
Here is the report we received from one of our Aegir demo users:
The error is after I log in to the demo account with the credentials provided and when I try to set up any other distribution of Drupal such as openatrium.
IE gives a JS error and that's it. Cannot even save or send so no install takes place. This is the error that I get.

Steven Jones CreditAttribution: Steven Jones commentedAs a first step you should turn off js aggregation in the performance settings, that should give a more helpful location for the error message.

mhkc CreditAttribution: mhkc commentedHi have this problem as well. JS Aggregation has never been enabled with this install.
A client attempts to create a site and the process never gets completed. In fact, the widget begins spinning as soon as they land on the site creation page, even before they fill in anything and try to submit.
There is a javascript 'error on page' icon in the lower left of the screen. The error is:
Message: Object doesn't support this property or method
Line: 92
Char: 11
Code: 0
URI: http://myaegirsite.ca/profiles/hostmaster/modules/hosting/site/hosting_s...
FYI, don't know what version to indicate in the form -- drupal, aegir, hostmaster... so pay no mind to that info. If you can clarify what is needed I can find out.

mhkc CreditAttribution: mhkc commentedAny update on this problem? Right now I've got a rule on my aegir install that prevents any access using IE.. will not be a fan favourite.
