Admin menu sets z-index to 999, can we change environment_indicator z-index to 998?

travelerttThe attached patch adds to options to the config.
Force bar below: changes the indicator box's z-index.
Adjust height: increases the text padding-top.
These changes make it easier for the indicator to work with several admin toolbars.

tsvenson CreditAttribution: tsvenson commentedPersonally I would prefer if Environment Indicator simply would respect the "Adjust top margin" for the Admin menu. Then it would automatically adjust the top margin to match when Admin menu is available.

mrfelton CreditAttribution: mrfelton commentedThis has been fixed in git. If you have the 'Adjust margin' setting on in the environment, the admin menu will be shifted over to the right like everything else on the page.
