Taxonomy Inheritance Request

Please add a feature to have all taxonomy terms tagged to a parent node to be to the child nodes (inheritance). Please also add a reverse inheritance feature (parent node acquires all tags child nodes have).

The code would have to be smart enough to ignore duplicate tags (so you don't try to inherit the same term multiple times).
