search titles, search quotes

i noticed that when i try to find bug#83 by searching with text=stone, there are no results, although the title of that bug is:

stone age theme causes problem on drop.org

and the text contains this line:

after switching my theme to "stone age" on drop.org

so i am assuming that titles are not searched and that any word in the text starting with the character " is indexed under " rather than under

to confirm, i searched with text="stone; this worked.

btw, searching with text=age did work

so the feature request is to search the titles and to strip leading "s off words when indexing for search.
