The themes have to be downloaded and expanded individually which is a bit of a drag so I've made a single tarball that all can be downloaded and expanded at once. I've put it on http://testing.kirks.net/drupalThemes.tar.gz so it can be taken by the Drupal website administrator if you think it would be a useful addition. If someone points to a fix to the problems with the themes above (and its not something I've messed up) I'll put the fix in the files in the tarball.

Good idea, but it would be wise to host such theme-package tarball on drupal.org (it can be easily automatically created). We try to avoid dowload fragmentation, where various Drupal downloads are scattered around Web. Same goes to bugfixes - they have to fixed on Drupal repository first.

I'll add it to the wish list.

I don't think having a CVS tarball is terribly useful, as anyone using CVS drupal can just do a cvs co/update for the themes directory.

However, it would be very useful to have a tarball containing working 4.1.0 themes, and perhaps another for 4.0.0.

Not sure how usefull this is, but a complete tar ball is available for each version:
http://drupal.org/drupal/X.X.X/modules.tar.gz
http://drupal.org/drupal/X.X.X/themes.tar.gz

Just replace X.X.X with the proper Drupal version. Not sure where or even if this information should be easially findable.
