The tracker links in the 4.4.0 CVS branch are broken, since they don't try to separate the fragment from the URL, and so URL aliasing is not possible. Attached a patch, which fixes it (tested).

Note that this does not apply against CVS, only 4.4.0, but it is not possible to select 4.4.0 in the version dropdown, since it is not there...

Committed to the DRUPAL-4-4 branch.

(I tried to add '4.4.0' to the list of Drupal versions but something is wrong with the project module. To be investigated/fixed.)
