In Multilanguage installation with lang pathprefix activated the ressource image will not display because of wrong path.

The Image is linked to: http://www.example.org/de/sites/all/modules/uc_pnag/ressources/de/200x34...
but its only accessable from http://www.example.org/sites/all/modules/uc_pnag/ressources/de/200x34px.jpg

please check the code for getting the correct url in this prefix mode.
