Add support to allow site administrators to set the body and subject line of Post Reminder messages via interface in the admin section rather than having to do it through code.

Added in support and reliance on Token module to provide configurable snippets. Changes have been committed to dev, will need further review and testing and integration into README before considered closed for good.
