Release notes

Re including the grid 24, and cleaning up theme settings.

Now all css calls are made depending on the page template that is chosen in the theme setting page. This is due to the new flexibility of the grid, it is not as important to be able to have subgrids, or different grids in the same page. It makes the theme settings easier to set up.

The grids are now more stable, but the 24 is still not complete.
