Hi Folks,

I've been testing this module for a client who uses table prefixes and bumped into a bug where curly brackets are missing in a few db queries. Here's a patch to fix that.

Version 5.x is also missing the braces in uc_gift_certificate_manage. Could that be fixed as well?
