Thanks for the report. I wasn't subscribed to this module when I created the project for some reason so I'm just now getting emailed about the issues. I'll be looking into this shortly and doing some more work to the module.

With regards to this issue, for the mean time commenting out $vars['flag']->flag_confirmation along with $vars['flag']->link_type gets rid of the errors. As they seem to not have a purpose yet.
