First stable release of Content Builder. It adds a field for building pages from Layout Builder sections and blocks, on the content edit form.

• Edit sections and blocks on the regular edit form, with blocks shown as they look on the page.
• Drag and drop, or move blocks and sections with the keyboard.
• Inline fields: place any field type as a block, without adding a field.
• Section types: a fixed layout with set blocks per column, and optional limits.
• Per field: allowed section types, layouts, blocks and number of sections.
• A default value that new content starts with.
• Inline blocks also work where Layout Builder lays out the entity.

Requires Drupal 11.3 or later, or Drupal 12, with core Layout Builder and Block Content.

Translating sections with Content Translation has not been tested yet.
