Release notes
- Harden output: formatter and widget now render through html_tag instead of concatenated markup, and the value is cast to an integer between 0 and 5.
- Add server-side Range validation (0-5) to the rating value.
- Fix: the widget now shows the stored rating as initial stars when editing.
- Add strict types and return types, use TranslatableMarkup.
- Add kernel tests for validation and formatter.
- Add GitLab CI, composer.json and a rewritten README.
