All six code fixes have been implemented, committed, and shipped in release 1.0.9:

PHPStan blocker fixed — phpstan.neon with optional paths
Unused import removed — ClientFactory from test
Docblock corrected — @deprecated/@see Drupal format
Body cap enforced — 8000 characters on payload
DRY refactoring — extractBodyText() helper consolidates 3 duplicates
Test strictness restored — failOnRisky/failOnWarning = true
