The Rightup fails to install on Drupal CMS 2.2.3: stop requiring the removed drupal_cms recipes

Problem/Motivation

Since Drupal CMS 2.2.3 (7 October 2026), a fresh composer create-project drupal/cms has drupal/tagify: ^2.0.4 in its root composer.json. Drupal CMS 2.2 also removed drupal_cms_admin_ui, drupal_cms_content_type_base, drupal_cms_media and drupal_cms_privacy_basic (folded into drupal_cms_site_template_base). Their last releases, 2.1.6, need Tagify 1. Reported in #3629200: Horizon Aid fails to install on Drupal CMS due to deprecated dependency.

The Rightup still requires drupal_cms_admin_ui, drupal_cms_media and drupal_cms_privacy_basic, so it cannot be installed on Drupal CMS 2.2.3.

Steps to reproduce

1. composer create-project drupal/cms (2.2.3 or later).
2. Pick The Rightup in the installer, or run composer require drupal/rightup.
3. Composer fails: drupal/drupal_cms_admin_ui[2.0.0, ..., 2.1.6] require drupal/tagify ^1.2 conflicts with the root ^2.0.4.

Proposed resolution

• Drop drupal_cms_admin_ui, drupal_cms_media and drupal_cms_privacy_basic from composer.json and recipe.yml.
• The Varbase recipes it already applies now carry what they provided.

Tested on a fresh Drupal CMS 2.2.3 with Tagify 2.0.4 and the Varbase recipe changes: The Rightup installs by drush, and none of the removed recipes are pulled in.
