Release notes

New major release for current Drupal and SMS Framework APIs.

- Modernized the OVH SMS gateway implementation.
- Added explicit Composer dependency management.
- Added an injectable OVH client factory.
- Improved exception and API error handling.
- Normalized OVH API response handling.
- Added configuration schema.
- Added unit tests without performing real SMS requests.
- Preserved the existing "ovh" gateway plugin ID and configuration where possible.

This major release targets the modern SMS Framework API contract. Review SMS Framework and OVH SDK requirements before upgrading from the 1.x branch.

Drupal 12 runtime support depends on compatible releases of the required SMS Framework and external dependencies.
