Problem/Motivation

The log in, password reset and registration screens show the plain form inside the default theme, with nothing that says which site you are signing in to.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Set UIkit Admin as the administration theme.
  2. Visit /user/login, /user/password or /user/register.
  3. The form renders with no site name, logo or branded layout.

Proposed resolution

Give the sign-in screens a page of their own in UIkit Admin (a sign_in component): the form in a card and the site name, logo and a short message in a brand panel. A theme setting picks the layout: centered, start, end, top, bottom, or spotlight (a frosted card over the accent color). Cover every layout with webship-js tests, including the accessibility checks.
