Problem/Motivation

The header drifts from the design. On a phone it stacks three rows with a stray second toggle. On desktop the bar, links, Newsletter button and icons are off size. The menu panel covers the header and uses italic serif links.

Proposed resolution

  • Lay the header out as the design draws it, with the design's hamburger, search and close glyphs.
  • Open the panel under the header on tertiary subtle, with the design's type, spacing and search bar. Fade the page to 40%.
  • Buttons use Rubik Medium, since Rubik ships no 700.
