Problem/Motivation

The README was already DDEV-first but carried a redundant flag and skipped a step the shipped config makes necessary.

Steps to reproduce

Follow the README's ddev config --project-type=drupal --php-version=... and install steps; the --php-version flag duplicates --project-type=drupal, and no ddev restart step is mentioned even though the template's own .ddev/config.yaml requires one.

Proposed resolution

README now uses --project-type=drupal only, adds the ddev restart step, and notes the no-DDEV path. .ddev/config.yaml changes type: drupal11 to drupal. Verified: a scratch project from the shipped config starts with PHP 8.4 and Node 20.
