feat: Use compact content lists on the default dashboards

The dashboards embed large admin views with exposed filters, pagers and operation buttons, which take a lot of room.

Proposed resolution

• A webdash_content view with compact lists, the way Drupal CMS builds its dashboard: Recent content, My drafts and My content, with the type, a status badge, the relative update time and a link to see all.
• Webmaster: recent content and drafts next to Quick tasks, Site status, a content chart and who is online.
• Editorial: drafts, my content and recent content next to Add content and Quick tasks.
