Changes since 1.0.0

• Menus local task — configuration lives at Structure → Menus → Mega Menu Manager (/admin/structure/menu/mega-menu-manager), same pattern as Paragraphs Browser. Legacy paths under /admin/structure/mega-menu-manager and /admin/config/system/mega-menu-manager redirect to the new location.
• Clear on save — fields denied by the per-level matrix are hidden and cleared on validate/presave instead of blocking save (e.g. optional Icon on level 0).
• Parent link AJAX — changing Parent link recalculates the nesting level and refreshes which managed fields are available.
• Delete / confirm forms — field rules are skipped on confirm dialogs so level notices do not appear on delete.
• Field badge labels — overview and settings preview use the field’s configured label (Field UI / config translation), not custom badge strings from the module.
• Documentation — English README walkthrough with screenshots (Menus tab, configurations, fields matrix, badges, overview, link form).
• CI — project CSpell dictionary updates for GitLab pipelines.

Also includes the 1.0.x commits after 1.0.0: configuration UI split into Edit / Manage fields / Manage badge display local tasks, and related stylelint fixes.

Upgrade notes

• No config schema break expected; existing mega_menu_manager.settings continues to apply.
• Bookmarks to the old Structure/Config paths still work via redirects; prefer the Menus tab going forward.
• Editors may notice that previously “stuck” values on disallowed levels are removed the next time a link is saved.
