Replace the Varbase Starter demo content with the RightUp design content

Problem/Motivation

RightUp is a media / news / magazine site template, but a fresh install lands on the Varbase Starter demo:

• Home, Features, Blog, About Varbase and Contact Us Canvas pages built from Varbase marketing copy, 18 Varbase media items, and Main / Secondary / Social menus pointing at varbase.com and vardot.com.
• The shipped Canvas patterns and the Hero Slide and Card Hero component defaults carry the same copy ("Varbase, better than ever", "Sites using Varbase", "Try Varbase for Free"), and two patterns link to /features and /about-varbase.
• The template therefore demonstrates Varbase, not RightUp, and has no editorial content model: no articles, no categories, no authors, no podcast listing.
• The design is the VBN stylesheet in Figma (Homepage, Article, Author, Landing pages, Search, Podcast landing, Podcast episode, Podcast node, Newsletter, About Us frames).

The work in this issue depends on #3622267 being fixed first: this branch is cut from 1.0.x, so it inherits the header component-version pin that makes every page answer HTTP 500.

Steps to reproduce

Then open /: the Varbase Starter home page, "Try Varbase for Free", and a Main menu of About Varbase / Features / Blog / Contact Us.

Proposed resolution

Everything managed through Drupal Canvas:

• Content: 33 news articles across the six design categories (Studios, Architecture, Product, Branding, Process, Culture), 7 podcast episodes, 9 author accounts and 38 images, the articles carrying their editorial dates.
• Canvas pages: Home, the six category landings, Podcasts, the Last Call show page, Newsletter, About Us and Contact Us, composed from the theme's own components (live-feed, card-impressed, card-text, card-featured, article-teaser, podcast-card, horizontal-text-icon-card, card-slider, subscribe-box) and from the News view where a listing is data-driven.
• Menus: Main (the six sections plus Podcasts), Footer (About Us, Contact, Newsletter, Search), Social media (neutral network home pages).
• News: require drupal/varbase_news_base, and repoint the News view and its 19 Canvas content templates at the default theme.
• Patterns and component defaults: RightUp copy instead of Varbase marketing copy, and no links to pages the template no longer ships.
• Author pages: grant "access user profiles" to anonymous, because every byline links to its author.
• The shipped author accounts carry no password hash and no roles.

User interface changes

• Every front-end page changes. A fresh install opens on the RightUp home page: a live feed of the latest articles, an editorial hero grid, an advertisement placeholder, a featured block, a dark podcast block, a latest-articles grid, an "On Display" slider and the newsletter block.

API changes

• None.

Data model changes

• None of its own; drupal/varbase_news_base brings the News content type and its categories.

Release notes snippet

• RightUp now installs with its own editorial content: 33 articles, seven podcast episodes, nine authors and the Canvas pages that present them. The Varbase Starter demo content has been removed.
