Motivation

Support the "view label" access operation as defined by core. Even though it's only used for user profiles in core, it's supported for all entity types on API level. access control handlers may implement it.

Proposed resolution

Core has "view label" access operation what shall be used for entity_label formatter instead of "view".
Also, for entity_ce_render formatter it might be the right access-operation to check for, depending on what is output, so that shall be configurable.
