Problem/Motivation

We have getGroupPermission method, the have absolutely the same purpose. In addition getGroupPermission cache results and we will avoid unnecessary calls of loadByGroup

Proposed resolution

Deprecate it and remove in the future versions

API changes

GroupPermissionsManager::loadByGroup Will be deprecated
