Ship all twelve countries and render the country listings from the view instead of static cards

Problem/Motivation

The Countries page lists twelve countries and the Home page shows five, but every card is a hand-placed Canvas component. Adding, renaming or unpublishing a country means editing each page by hand, the cards cannot follow the content, and only five of the twelve countries exist as content.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the Horizon Aid site template.
2. Open /countries: twelve static cards, no view.
3. Open /admin/content: only five countries exist as content.
4. Unpublish a country: the cards on the Countries and Home pages do not change.

Proposed resolution

• Add the seven missing countries as content, each with its own image from the design, summary, our role, on the ground text, key figures and partners: Bangladesh, Colombia, Myanmar, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria and Yemen.
• Replace the static cards with the countries view, rendered through the overlay_card_medium view mode: twelve alphabetical rows with a pager on the Countries page, four on the Home page.
• Add "See Other Countries" to the country full template from the same view, excluding the country being viewed.
