Remove mglaman/composer-drupal-lenient now that Varbase Editor uses the vardot/ckeditor_media_resize 2.0.0 fork (Drupal core ~11.4)

Problem/Motivation

The Varbase Project template 10.1.x carries mglaman/composer-drupal-lenient (in require, config.allow-plugins, and extra.drupal-lenient) plus a global lenient bootstrap in .gitlab-ci.yml, purely so drupal/ckeditor_media_resize 1.1.0 (released core_version_requirement excludes 11.4) could resolve on Drupal core ~11.4 with a vardot/varbase-patches patch (#3607786).

Varbase Editor 10.1.5 (#3612192) now requires the vardot/ckeditor_media_resize 2.0.0 fork, which replaces drupal/ckeditor_media_resize and declares core ~11.4 natively — mirroring the 11.0.x line. So lenient is no longer needed here.

Proposed resolution

• composer.json: remove mglaman/composer-drupal-lenient from require and config.allow-plugins, delete the extra.drupal-lenient block, and add extra.composer-patches.ignore-dependency-patches: ["drupal/*", "drupal/ai_context"] (mirroring 11.0.5).
• .gitlab-ci.yml: remove the global mglaman/composer-drupal-lenient bootstrap in before_script and the stale lenient comments.

Verified in a fresh container with no global lenient: a lock-less resolve pulls Varbase Editor 10.1.5 + vardot/ckeditor_media_resize 2.0.0 (no downgrade), core 11.4.4, no lenient, exit 0.
