Follow-up to #3611792 (graphical seat-map picker).

  • Keep the "Your selection" panel visible at all times (with a short hint when nothing is selected) instead of only showing it on the first pick, so the map no longer reflows when the visitor books their first seat.
  • Show the slot context: the event name in the page title (the H1 and the browser title, for accessibility) and the date, time and venue as a subtitle below it. The same details also show inside the map when it is full screen and the page title is out of view.
  • Make the picker fully translatable: the JavaScript now calls Drupal.t() directly (a local alias was hiding the strings from Drupal's string extraction) and the French interface translations are added to translations/yoyaku.fr.po.
  • Fix a panning bug where the map stuck to the cursor after the button was released outside the map (pointer capture plus a guard for moves with no button pressed).
