Release notes
First stable release of the rewritten Activity Stream module for Drupal 10.3, 11, and 12.
New since 2.0.0-beta1
Bug fixes
- Fixed N+1 entity query in
actstream_items_save()— existing items are now looked up in a singleINquery before the save loop. - Fixed crash when a feed item has no link (
Url::fromUri()is now guarded against empty strings). - Fixed
accessCheck(TRUE)inactstream_items_load(). - Fixed the activity stream page title to pass through the translation system.
- Fixed
ActivityStreamBlockto use theactstream_item_listcache tag instead of bypassing the cache entirely.
Architecture
- All hook implementations across every sub-module have been migrated to Hook attribute classes (
#[Hook]) — required for Drupal 12 compatibility. Procedural.modulefiles in sub-modules have been removed. - Full constructor dependency injection throughout all plugins and services.
