Problem/Motivation
The Varbase AI recipes (Editor Assistant, Taxonomy Tagging) use config actions — addButtonPluginIntoActiveToolbar, setEntityReferenceHandler, setAiContextItemsDefaultScope — that are provided by the Varbase Recipes module (drupal/varbase_recipes).
Today the Varbase AI Default recipe pulls vardot/varbase-patches to get that behaviour via a patch, which ties the recipe to a specific Varbase patch line. Per convention, vardot/varbase-patches is managed at the project level in vardot/varbase-project, not per component.
Steps to reproduce
Proposed resolution
1. Add varbase_recipes to the recipe's install: list so applying the Varbase AI Default recipe enables the Varbase Recipes module — making its config-action plugins available to the whole Varbase AI recipe stack.
2. In composer.json add drupal/varbase_recipes ~1 and remove the vardot/varbase-patches requirement.
