Problem/Motivation

First of all, thanks for maintaining this module and allowing to use Unzer in Drupal Commerce.

Please create a stable release of the module. Currently, there is only an alpha version available from 2025.
Also, it is unclear if 3.x should already be used or 2.x is the primary release version.

I just created a beta1 release.

Regarding 2.x vs. 3.x:
We have been using the 3.x version of the off-site gateway for about a year in production now and did not notice any problems with it. The main difference is that it uses the paypage version 2 which looks different but works the same from a Drupal point of view.

I still kept the 2.x version on the project page for now.
I'd like to phase out the 2.x version sooner or later.

I tried to upgrade to 3.0.0-beta1 but get this error (unzerdev/php-sdk is version 3.15.0):

Can you try with the latest Unzer SDK? Maybe you also want to update to version 4.x of it.

Thanks for the report. There are two fields, tagline and shop description, that don't exist any more in Unzer's paypage v2.
We did not come across this issue before because we did not use the two fields and had empty values.

I just released beta2 which removes the two fields from commerce_unzer, as well as from existing configs.

Thanks, looks better now but after filling the other fields I got these errors. Maybe the config moved somewhere else in V2.
Apart from this, I was able to perform a payment.

You are right, there were more issues with the optional settings.
Those other settings / their corresponding methods hadn't been removed but renamed in the Unzer SDK.

Sorry for not testing all optional settings last time.
This time I did and I didn't experience any crashes.

I just released beta3.

I was able to perform a payment. Will test a few weeks and let you know if anything else occurs.
