Remove the Google Analytics Reports module from Varbase Total Control on the 9.2.x branch

Problem/Motivation

Varbase Total Control ships the google_analytics_reports and google_analytics_reports_api modules. These are being dropped from the Varbase 9.2.x (Drupal ~11.3) line.

Proposed resolution

Remove drupal/google_analytics_reports from composer.json and google_analytics_reports / google_analytics_reports_api from varbase_total_control.info.yml on the 9.2.x branch.
