Drupal 10 reaches end of life on 9 December 2026. Varbase 9.1.x already paved the way for Drupal 11. A Drupal 11–only 9.2.x branch lets Varbase 9.1.x sites upgrade smoothly to Drupal ~11.4.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

  • Start a 9.2.x branch from the latest 9.1.x.
  • Set drupal/core to ~11.4 in the *.info.yml and composer.json files on the 9.2.x branch.
  • Drop support for Drupal ~10 on the 9.2.x branch.
  • Remove outdated and deprecated Drupal 10 code.
