Problem

Today, canvas 1.4 was released. That's not marked as supported by canvas_extjs yet, but compoesr installed it with some old canvas_extjs version:

- Locking drupal/canvas (1.4.0)
- Locking drupal/canvas_extjs (1.0.0-beta3)

Proposed resolution

Bump requirements to forbid those old versions.
